The City of Pueblo and Pueblo County are designated as the 208 Water Quality Management Agencies for their respective jurisdictional areas. These agencies are responsible for the management of water quality projects. The Department of Planning and Development performs staff support functions for both the County and the PACOG in their respective roles of lead management agency and lead planning agency.
